This Privacy Policy explains how Bollco Coworking (“Bollco”, “we”, “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you use the Bollco app, website, and related services. By using Bollco you agree to this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

• Personal details: name, phone number, email, company name, identity documents, profile photo.
• Booking and usage data including workspace reservations and check-in / check-out logs.
• Device information, IP address, and app analytics.
• Optional location data via GPS features.
• Payment information processed through third-party gateways. Card / UPI details are not stored on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Create and manage your Bollco account.
• Process bookings, payments, and invoicing.
• Provide customer support and respond to enquiries.
• Send service notifications (booking confirmations, reminders, alerts).
• Improve the app, fix bugs, and develop new features.
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized use.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:

• Service providers (payment, SMS, email, analytics, hosting) under appropriate confidentiality terms.
• Coworking centers you book with, for booking management and access control.
• Authorities or other parties when legally required.

4. Security

We use encrypted communication, secure servers, and regular audits to protect your information. While we apply reasonable safeguards, no system is fully immune from compromise, and absolute protection cannot be guaranteed.

5. Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your account at any time:

• From the app: Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
• By OTP verification.
• By calling our support at 9311224285 / 9311224286.

Processing typically takes up to 7 working days. Backup data is purged within 30-90 days.

6. Data Retention & Your Rights

We retain your data only for as long as your account is active and for any legal or regulatory periods applicable. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your information. We also use cookies and analytics tools to improve site performance and user experience.

7. Listing Partner Applications

If you submit a listing application through the “List Your Place” form, we additionally collect:

• Space details: name, category, address, capacity, photos, license number.
• Submitter contact details: name, email, phone.
• Consent record: a timestamped log that you accepted this Privacy Policy and our Listing Partner Terms.

We use this information solely to review your application, contact you about it, and (if approved) create your partner account. To improve your experience, your in-progress form is also saved on your own device’s browser storage so a refresh doesn’t lose your work — that data stays on your device until you submit.
