These Terms govern your use of the Bollco app, website, and related services. By accessing Bollco, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
1. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
- Bollco may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
2. Services Offered
Bollco provides coworking space bookings, subscription plans, access control, and billing management. Services may be modified, paused, or discontinued at any time at Bollco’s discretion.
3. User Responsibilities
- Use workspaces respectfully and in line with each center’s rules.
- No facility misuse, property damage, or disturbance to other members.
- Illegal activities or violations of center policy are strictly prohibited.
- Violations may result in penalties, suspension, or legal action.
4. Booking & Usage Terms
- Bookings are subject to availability.
- Check-in / check-out via the app where required.
- Sharing, transferring, or reselling bookings is strictly prohibited.
- Bollco may refuse service for misuse or violations.
5. Payments & Billing
- Prices exclude applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- Payments must be made through approved modes only.
- Invoices for bookings and subscriptions are auto-generated.
- Non-payment or chargebacks may result in access suspension.

7. Intellectual Property
All Bollco content, branding, software, designs, and trademarks are owned by Bollco and protected by law. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or use is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
Bollco is not liable for: loss or theft of personal belongings, business loss, third-party damages, service outages, or user negligence. Services are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind.
9. Termination
Access may be terminated for violations, fraud, or non-payment. You may request account deletion at any time via the app or by contacting support.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Delhi.
Listing Partner Terms
Applies in addition to the Terms above for anyone submitting a listing through “List Your Place”.
A. Eligibility
- You confirm you have legal rights over the space you are listing (owner, lessee, or authorized manager).
- You confirm all details you submit are accurate and current to the best of your knowledge.
B. Application Review
- Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. Bollco may approve, reject, or request additional information.
- Bollco aims to respond within 24 hours but does not commit to a specific timeline.
- If approved, a partner account is created and login details are sent to the email you submitted.
C. Information You Provide
- You authorize Bollco to collect, store, and process the information you submit for the purposes of reviewing and managing your listing.
- You agree we may contact you on the phone or email you submitted regarding your application.
D. No Solicitation
Submitting an application does not create any obligation for Bollco to onboard your space, list it publicly, or send you customers. All onboarding decisions are at Bollco’s sole discretion.
E. Withdrawal & Deletion
You may withdraw your application or request deletion of the submitted data at any time by emailing kartik@clixzyou.in or calling 9311224285 / 9311224286.
